Boot Camp Style Training for groups

I do not run regular bootcamp sessions but if your workplace or sporting team would like to set up a bootcamp style circuit training then I will be happy to discuss your specific needs and tailor the sessions accordingly. I am happy to accommodate groups of up to 20 participants and payment methods and pricing can be discussed on an individual or group basis.

Boot camp style group training sessions are varied and include lots of body weight exercises and some equipment such as kettle bells, resistance bands, suspension training, jump ropes, battle ropes and medicine balls. They are never boring!! Most boot camps will be run in a circuit style so that you cycle through the different exercises and get a full body workout, but sometimes there will be fun teamwork games and sport style workouts to mix things up.  This ensures that its a great way to burn fat, increase strength and agility, to improve cardiovascular fitness and get a time efficient workout.

I have plenty of experience of running group circuit training sessions through work as a group fitness instructor in a gym and my role as an F45 coach. I will always ensure the sessions are high energy, challenging, suited to the needs of the group and most importantly, lots of fun!

About Boot Camp Training

If you have a group looking to train in a bootcamp style then contact me to discuss. You will find that this style of training has the following benefits, to name  but a few!

  • I will always run my bootcamps to suit everyone – I will offer ways to make things easier or harder according to your needs and I will challenge you to push yourself beyond what you thought possible!
  • If you have an injury I will offer alternative exercises where necessary.
  • I will be available after bootcamp if you have individual issues you wish to discuss in further detail. I want you to know that I care about each and every client and just because it’s group fitness doesn’t mean you get a lesser service.
  • I will run challenges throughout the year which will show you how far you have come in your fitness journey!
  • There will be rewards and prizes for those who turn up and put in the work! Firstly you will be rewarded with increased fitness and feeling better about yourself but secondly I will drop in the occasional prize for those bootcampers who are really going the extra mile. That might be turning up to the most sessions or it might be overcoming an obstacle such as getting that first push up!

The Benefits of Boot Camp Training:

  • Group training can be great fun!

  • Very cost effective way of PT

  • Enjoy the social aspects of training in a group

  • Small enough groups to ensure form is maintained

  • Great way to achieve a time efficient workout

The PT Practitioner will motivate you to reach your fitness goal

Boot camps are cost effective because the number of members who can participate is higher and therefore the cost to each participant is less. If you are an employer looking to introduce a healthy workplace initiative then I can offer discount for a block of sessions paid up front. Perhaps you are a sporting team looking to add some circuit style exercise alongside your training? I can offer an incentive for team payment or I can accept individual payment from your members on a PAYG basis at sessions.
