You will receive an individualised plan and can choose to work on whatever goal you wish.
If your goal is specific, then 1 to 1 training is probably best, but we can make it work in a small group environment too.
If your specific goal is something I do not feel comfortable to coach you about, then I will try to link you with someone more appropriate.
I will provide all equipment required for your sessions. I can advise if you wish to buy some basic equipment for training on your own between sessions or if you want some simple equipment to take with you if you go away.
You will need a well-fitting pair of trainers and comfortable activewear clothing to wear during sessions. You will also need to bring a water bottle and a towel.

We can book sessions in advance and I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy: if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a session then you will still pay for it but before that time you can cancel or reschedule at no charge.
1 to 1 PT sessions will vary in price based on whether you choose to PAYG or book a block of sessions or sign up for a set number of sessions per week.
Small Group PT sessions will vary in price depending on the number of participants at the sessions. The more of your friends you can get to join in, the cheaper it becomes for each of you!
Corporate or team Boot Camps are $25 per member on a PAYG basis or $20 per person per session for a pre paid block of 10 sessions (valid for 6 months). Set fees per session can be discussed for companies or teams wishing to pre book a regular session as part of a healthy workplace initiative or team training schedule.
