Sure! PT would be great for you as you will receive the attention you need to achieve your goals.

You will receive an individualised plan and can choose to work on whatever goal you wish.

If your goal is specific, then 1 to 1 training is probably best, but we can make it work in a small group environment too.

If your specific goal is something I do not feel comfortable to coach you about, then I will try to link you with someone more appropriate.
